This is how Forn Can Bufí was born.
More than 25 years ago, Doña Josefa Ramón, “Pepa”, decided to give shape to her passion for Ibizan cooking in a small family oven. With daily work, perseverance and the support of those who believed in her from the beginning, that first oven became what Forn Can Bufí is today.
It all began with Doña Josefa Ramón, “Pepa”, her passion for traditional Ibizan cooking and her determination to keep the flavours of a lifetime alive.
With a small oven and plenty of determination, she began preparing recipes that soon found their place on the tables of neighbours and families across the island.
Through steady work, dedication and respect for the craft, that family project grew into part of everyday life in Ibiza, without ever losing the essence that gave it life.
Over the years, that small family oven grew with the trust of those who chose us every day. What began as a close, familiar project became a point of reference in different parts of the island, while always keeping the same way of doing things.
Each new shop was born from the same commitment: to care for quality, offer a close service and respect the recipes that form part of our identity. Because growing has never meant changing what matters.
Today, Forn Can Bufí continues its journey under the direction of Toni, Pepa's son, who carries that legacy into the future. We evolve, innovate and keep growing, but with one clear goal: to move people through flavour and be part of the moments that truly matter.
