Cucarroi is an Ibizan classic made with a thin dough folded over itself into an oval shape with a sealed top, then baked until golden and crisp on the outside while keeping a juicy, flavorful filling inside.

Ibizan cocas are one of the island's most traditional recipes. The dough is topped with different ingredients and baked to create a light, crisp base full of flavor. The most popular is pepper coca, although we also make other varieties such as sofrito, vegetables, or ham and cheese.
