In Ibiza, sweets are more than desserts: they are part of our history, our celebrations and the moments we share around a table.
At Forn Can Bufí, we continue to make many of these recipes with the same respect for tradition, combining simple ingredients, familiar aromas and the artisan care that defines our oven.

One of the most popular sweets in Balearic pastry, made with a light, fluffy dough rolled into its characteristic spiral. In our shops you can find different varieties, from the plain ensaimada or the one filled with angel hair pumpkin jam, to versions with cream or chocolate, as well as specialities such as the cuatrifásica ensaimada, which combines several flavors in one piece.
